I already had a Hands On with Old School Adventure and liked the title a lot. Now Master Blud gave it a go, so have a look what he thought of the game.
After I watched the trailer for Old School Adventure I immediately wanted to play the game because it reminded me of the time when games like Super Mario World on the SNES dominated my gaming habbits.
The game is now available on the marketplace for a dollar (80MSP) and so it´s a good idea to tell you how awesome it is … after the break.
Have I ever told you that the thing I love most about Indiegames is that some developers manage to create awesome looking games with graphics that look like they were created a decade ago?
Yes? Okay – well it´s a fact that I can´t mention enough. And when I watched the trailer for Old School Adventure from Chris Hughes Games my hands suddenly showed this urge to grab a gamepad and see if the game was already released so I can buy and play it. But the website states that it is expected for the end of September – maybe my hands will stop shaking til then.
The game looks like an awesome platformer and the music selected for the trailer fits perfect.
